PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training has been my longest and most established skill set that I have based and moulded a lot of my other skill sets from. It truly is the reason why I love to work within this field; I have a passion for people and continuous development in every sense of the word.
I have always aimed to be the best in my field of work. I have also achieved a master trainer status with a mastery in 3 separate areas in this classification.
Qualifications
Level 4 - Obesity & Weight Management
I have a range of skills, knowledge and experience in helping clients suffering from obesity to better manage their conditions and improve their health with lasting effect.
Level 4 - Lower Back Pain Management
I have developed key skills, knowledge and experience in helping those struggling with back problems to manage the effects through physical activity. Lower back pain is an extremely common discomfort that is triggered by our lifestyle and work practices.
Level 4 - Nutrition for Athletic Performance and Weight Management
From casual gym-goers to dedicated exercise professionals, everyone will have a different array of dietary-requirements, whether by personal-choice or for health reasons. As such a wide spectrum of knowledge is critical for a healthy existance. I have knowledge of specialist diets, as well as being able to understand the legislation behind nutritional information.
Pathway
There are a couple of options when it comes to deciding what pathway fits particular circumstances. The purposes either way is to receive high level, professional guidance and care; in a fashion that suits the lifestyle of those who use the service.
One to one sessions
Personal training offers a highly personalised approach to fitness, ensuring workouts are tailored to specific goals, abilities, and preferences. With expert guidance, there would be a range of benefit from improved technique, reducing the risk of injury while maximising results. Personal training provides accountability and motivation, helping to stay consistent and on track with long term progress. Whether the aim is to build strength, improve flexibility, lose weight, or boost overall wellness. Plus, with one-on-one attention, expect to receive valuable insights and adjustments that elevate the fitness journey to the next level.
Remote sessions
Remote personal training combines the convenience of working out from anywhere with the expertise and support of a professional. Through virtual sessions and personalised workout plans, you can achieve your fitness goals without the need to travel or adhere to gym schedules. Remote training offers flexibility to fit into your busy lifestyle while still providing tailored guidance, progress tracking, and accountability. It’s an ideal solution for those seeking expert instruction at home, while traveling, or in a setting of their choice. With access to ongoing communication and resources like video demonstrations and real-time feedback, remote personal training ensures you stay motivated, consistent, and on the path to success.
Process
Stage 1 - Introductions and Q&A
In this stage, I will introduce you to who I am and what I am able to do. This is the point where you can ask anything that you wish to ask regarding training.
Stage 2 - Consultation
In this stage, we will meet and get to know each other and a feel for the process. I will be able to explain aspects in more detail and resolve any concern the clientele my have. Here we will discuss past, present and future points regarding the process. In person, I am able to identify any key concerns that will need extra considerations or attention.
Stage 3 - Post Consultation
In this stage, I would check in with you to attend any concerns you may have and I would send you with documents that would need to be read, understood and signed

The above would need to be complete before physical activity taking place.
Stage 4 - Assessments and Baseline Fitness Tests
In this stage, we will go through a series of assessments and tests to look at any dysfunctions with the body and use this to help steer programme planning. Additionally, the results will be used as a report card to use a Key Fitness Indicators (KFI) to determine progress.
Stage 5 - Finalising Procedure
In this stage, I would give you access to platforms and digital assets to support you though the fitness journey.
