Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques and fast paced cardio. The high energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Designed to build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility and burn calories as your build lean muscle, this fun filled workout will leave you feeling challenged and accomplished.

Syllabus

In the process of learning kickboxing, It can be what you want from it but, I have a big philosophy about learning and gaining mastery in everything you attach yourself with. As such, I will be instructing a programme of kickboxing movement, stances, and style. Examining offensive and defensive movements that would be spread across a graded continuum from White to Black.
